This is a project we started, me and my son about a year and a half ago. Today the 2nd of July 2010, the bug is nearly on the road. It just needs the Vehicle road worthy test (VRT). How it started out
The chassis, a lot of work went on to this part of the build.
This is the engine, nothing special for the moment
We widened the rims, the front are 5 1/2 inch, and the rear are 8 inch.
The dash had a little alterations too. We used two dashboards to achieve what can be seen here..
The rear windscreen was changed to an original oval piece from a friend of mine.
Tail lights used are from an oval.
